Global Service Management

The “Global Service Management” working group sees itself as a platform for exchange and networking in order to inform and bring together the management, production management and service managers of Saxon industrial companies in the field of international services. The working group aims to familiarize participants with the field of service management and to support them in setting up global service structures.

The regular meetings are intended to expand the professional network of the participants. The focus is on an active exchange of knowledge among experts on current topics relating to service presence and global networking, spare parts management, and new service business models. In addition, the working group deals with new trends such as “Service 4.0” and prepares these topics for the participants in impulse presentations and discussion rounds.
