Have you already launched your business, gained some initial experience with customers or your product, and are now preparing for the next phase of growth? Then the working group Start-up & Growth the right place for you to turn to.

We don’t see ourselves as a traditional startup initiative or incubator for teams in the idea phase; on the contrary: We start there, where other programs typically end – after the initial steps, after the company is founded, and after the first learning cycles in the market. Our focus is on startups that have already active for at least 1–2 years and are now actively seeking access to expertise, partners, and market opportunities.

In the working group, we connect startups with the right contacts—both within the startup community and with established companies from the Silicon Saxony network. The goal is to create meaningful synergies, address specific growth challenges, and support startups that are a good technical and strategic fit for our community, to integrate them into the network in a sustainable way.

What to Expect

The working group is a platform for startups with real substance: We invest our time and attention in ventures where something has already been built and a realistic growth path is evident.
