INTERNATIONAL SPECIALISTS FOR OUR INDUSTRIES
By 2030, Saxony’s working-age population is expected to decrease by around 150,000 people compared to 2020. A further increase in qualified immigration is therefore essential for securing a long-term supply of skilled workers. It is also important to make even greater use of the potential of foreign students in Saxony and to encourage them to stay in the region after their studies.
We support our member companies in networking with foreign students and specialists as well as partners who recruit internationally and support and strengthen integration processes.
In these Silicon Saxony working groups, we address topics relating to the recruitment and retention of international specialists: “Diversity & Inclusion”, “Personnel Development”, “Personnel Retention and Recruitment”
