ALLPROS2029 strengthens Europe’s semiconductor industry by fostering collaboration between industry, research and policy stakeholders. As the Secretariat of the European Industrial Alliance on Processors and Semiconductor Technologies, the EU-funded project facilitates strategic dialogue across the entire semiconductor value chain and supports the implementation of the European Chips Act.

Bringing together more than 120 organisations, ALLPROS2029 develops roadmaps, policy recommendations and knowledge-sharing platforms to enhance Europe’s competitiveness, technological sovereignty and resilience in the semiconductor sector.

As a member of the European consortium, Silicon Saxony contributes its strong network expertise, coordinates key working groups and provides its members with access to important developments, initiatives and networking opportunities across the European semiconductor ecosystem.

Target group: SMEs, large enterprises, universities, and research centres along the European semiconductor value chain

Objective: Strengthening European semiconductor governance, fostering collaboration between industry, policy, and research, and supporting the implementation of the European Chips Act

• Support to the Industrial Alliance on Processors and Semiconductor Technologies
• Establishment and coordination of Working Groups (including Skills, Supply Chain Resilience, PFAS, Automotive Semiconductors)
• Development of roadmaps and action plans for the European semiconductor sector
• Provision of market intelligence, policy insights, and stakeholder engagement platforms
• Promotion of knowledge exchange and networking within the European semiconductor ecosystem
