Vacuum World has been offering services for vacuum valve repair/overhaul and producing valve components , mechanical seals , o-rings and various parts for the semiconductor equipment since 1998.

Additionally, the Vacuum World, (a.k.a. Young Chun Engineering), has been developing repair technologies and sealing parts for applicable high efficient vacuum conditions and other various conditions as needed for the equipment, including electronic controllers for the last 23years.

Our clients , Samsung Electronics , LG Display , SK Hynix Semiconductor, On Semiconductor and other Partners have acknowledged the capabilities and reliability of the Vacuum World’s products and services.
