MindApproach is a software technology company and was founded in Dresden in June 2013. Our location offers excellent conditions for growth for MindApproach: We rely in particular on the outstanding industrial tradition of the region and the diverse high-tech cores that have now settled in and around Dresden.

MindApproach was founded to combine future-oriented technologies, tools and processes of software engineering with the successful industrial processes of the traditional economic sectors. As a software service provider, our aim is to support our customers in overcoming challenges such as “Industry 4.0” or the “Internet of Things”.

Products, solutions and business models of the future are inextricably linked to software; and software quality is becoming a decisive factor for customer satisfaction and sustainability in the value creation of our clients from the industrial environment.

MindApproach combines many years of experience in software development with innovation and forward-looking technological standards to provide its customers with optimum support in solving their tasks.

The MindApproach founders share many years of management experience in one of the most successful medium-sized German software companies (GK). The key insight from this history is that software companies can grow sustainably if their level of maturity develops in line with the increasing number of projects, customers or products. This maturity process has a great deal to do with the establishment of structures and defined processes, as well as their flanking by tools and process models.
