About this member

We are a young start-up from Dresden, in the middle of SiliconSaxony and our passion is for all types of automated transport systems. We share a passion for software and services to solve our customers' intralogistics problems and support them in a world of digitalization, IOT and Industry 4.0.

FlowLogiX GmbH develops and distributes software for monitoring, analyzing and optimizing existing AMHS (Automated Material Handling System) as well as AMHS under development, primarily for the semiconductor industry. FlowLogiX combines scientifically sound know-how about AMHS, validated by many years of practical implementation, with comprehensive expertise in the field of software development. Based in Dresden, the center of the semiconductor industry in Europe, FlowLogiX is in constant contact with customers in order to identify the latest developments as early as possible and to be able to align both new and further developments with them.

Today, FlowLogiX generates the digital twin for all types of automated transport systems, whether rail-guided or free-moving, on the ceiling, on the conveyor or on the floor. With the MMS (Monitoring and Maintenance Suite), FlowLogiX sells a product that combines the entire workflow from planning to daily operation of an AMHS with live visualization, analysis, adaptation and simulation in a single software package. Live visualization offers a way to keep an eye on the transport operations of a factory at all times. The software implementation is not only based on the state of the art, but also takes the latest trends into account and passes them on to customers in the form of software that already takes the future into account. The analysis module in the MMS includes a history function that enables the user to reconstruct and analyze historically recorded and provided transport processes.

Data storage, data processing and data analysis are carried out in exactly the same way as the requirements of the “big data” era. The combination of our own scientifically sound optimization algorithms and a strong software team enables us to develop our own simulation software that is capable of realistically mapping any OHT systems with a freely selectable number of FOUPs and transport orders. FlowLogiX not only maps the transport orders but also has extensive expertise in the field of dispatching as an interface between production control and transport order generation. In addition to its own product, FlowLogiX always offers customers individual support as a software service provider and logistics expert.
