METIS – MicroElectronics Training, Industry and Skills
Specialists for microelectronics
In the European competition for skilled workers, the microelectronics sector in particular is subject to constant processes of change due to ever-increasing digitization. In the METIS project – an Erasmus+ program – 20 international partners from industry and vocational and higher education from 14 European countries form a consortium to standardize training and job profiles across Europe, to establish current trends and to create foundations for the constantly growing requirements and skills of the future, in order to be able to compete in the global market in the long term.

Target group: Learners (EQF 4-7), education and training providers or HR managers from small, medium and large companies.
