December 4, 2025. Novaled GmbH announces that Dr. Marc Lünnemann is resigning as Managing Director and CEO with immediate effect for private reasons and will leave the company on December 31, 2025. At the same time, the Supervisory Board has appointed Björn Grabein as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with effect from December 1, 2025.

Björn Grabein has been with Novaled since February 1, 2016 and has therefore been an integral part of the company for many years. Most recently, he was Head of Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Infrastructure, EHS and IT. Under his leadership, the resilience of the supply chain was significantly strengthened, the China business was successfully expanded and a high-performance team with clear roles, shared values and continuous growth was built.
Before joining Novaled, Björn Grabein worked at Globalfoundries (Project Manager Procurement and Engineer Chemical Logistics) and at Rhenus AG. He holds a degree in Transport Economics from the Technical University of Dresden.
