EUMETRYS SAS was founded in 2012 to support the IVS product line in Europe, after the IVS product line had previously been taken over by INSPECTROLOGY LLC. Since then, EUMETRYS has represented INSPECTROLOGY throughout Europe and Israel.

INSPECTROLOGY is the original parts manufacturer of the IVS brand.

We also offer a wide range of retrofit options for the IVS system and supply all necessary spare parts for the IVS product line (all models).
Due to the variety of materials used for III-V compound semiconductors, daily control and tracking of material quality, deposition thickness and structure size of the demanding materials GaN, GaAs, LiNbO3, InP, Sapphire and SiC is required. Today, these materials are widely used to reduce energy consumption and are increasingly used even in standard semiconductor manufacturing. In some systems, II-V materials are added to the traditionally used semiconductor materials to optimize power consumption or to speed up replacement in the device. These materials therefore have a direct impact on the yield of the finished device and on the measurements, either in specific cells or in the device as in-chip measurements, and play a crucial role in the yield calculation.
