With 174 branches at 79 locations and more than 40 years of experience on the job market the DIS AG is one of the five leading personnel service providers of Germany. The location Dresden was founded in 1992 and has specialised intensively on the semiconductor industry, solar technology, process engineering, optoelectronics, electrical engineering and automation technology.
The assignment and placement of staff are part of our service portfolio as well as the consulting services in the personnel planning and organisation up to complete project management. We develop and realise individual recruiting concepts ranging from job descriptions and the management of received applications up to Assessment Centre, selection interviews and all administrative processes. Since 2007 these services in Dresden are complemented by the relocation service.
Furthermore great attention is paid to the education and qualification of project collaborators. In addition we have an academy of our own and training service providers as well as a library with more than 1000 E-Learning courses.
