The development of the Technology & Services division is a strategic field of action within Exyte’s “Next Level” agenda for the future. The transition to Exentec is in line with this strategy. Since its inception in 2020, Technology & Services has expanded through several strategic acquisitions and positioned itself as a major player in sectors such as life sciences, advanced technology facilities and high-precision manufacturing. The comprehensive portfolio of companies enables the division to offer complete solutions for its target industries. With a unified approach to the division, Exentec can now focus on and drive further growth.
New brand identity reflects commitment to innovation and growth
The launch of the Exentec brand comes at a pivotal time for Technology & Services. As the business grows in critical industries, the new brand identity provides a clear, relevant and credible positioning for customers and stakeholders. Exentec reflects a commitment to providing advanced, customer-focused technical solutions. The new name and brand will enhance the company’s visibility in an increasingly competitive environment. As a standalone entity within the Exyte Group, Exentec aims to deepen relationships with its growing customer base and provide customized solutions that meet the changing needs of global high-tech industries.
“Exentec will build on the foundation that Technology & Services has established. The new brand is in line with our commitment to deliver best-in-class solutions while keeping an eye on customer needs and market dynamics,” says Dr. Wolfgang BĂĽchele, CEO of Exyte. “Since the creation of Technology & Services, the division has exceeded all growth and development expectations. The new brand is the next logical step to continue the growth story, as a strong brand is crucial for sustainable success in our rapidly changing industry. Exentec will provide us with the visibility and differentiation we need to continue to grow and achieve our goals.”
Dr. Michael Löffelmann, Senior Vice President Operations Technology & Services, and Rafael Perez, Senior Vice President Finance Technology & Services, will continue to lead Technology & Services under the Exentec brand. Löffelmann explains: “Due to our growth strategy, the Technology & Services brand portfolio has become increasingly complex, also in the perception of our customers. Exentec creates a separate identity that now represents our entire portfolio. The new brand allows us to better serve and communicate with our customers, while highlighting Exentec’s unique service offerings and commitment to innovation, sustainability and growth.”
