Booth information
Joint booth featuring 23 companies (18 booths, some with only a logo display).
Equipment per terminal: Exhibitor stand with logo (backlit), 43″ TFT screen (wall-mounted), lockable sideboard (for personal equipment and luggage), bar stool, brochure rack.
Technology: Play your own content (videos/PPT) on the 43″ screen using your own laptop (HDMI) or a USB flash drive.
Visibility and Speaker-Content
Exhibitor Pitches
- Optional 10-minute pitch on the shared screen.
- The schedule will be created after submission.
- Requires: “Pitch Speaker” document (topic, name, role) & presentation.
Community Screen (Videos)
- Optional display of short corporate videos on a continuous loop during breaks.
- Format: mp4, max. 3 minutes (with audio; subtitles recommended).

Shipping address
Recommendation: Carry flyers and giveaways in your own luggage (Taiwanese customs often causes delays!). Anyone who still plans to send packages should do so well in advance to ensure that everything is available by September 1.

Trade Show Checklist & Important Information
Your packing list for the booth
- Laptop and/or USB flash drive containing your own presentation
- HDMI cable for connecting to the screen (Important for Apple users: Be sure to bring the appropriate HDMI adapter!)
- Enough of your own giveaways, flyers, and business cards
- Power outlet adapters for Taiwan (although some are available at the booth, they are highly recommended for the hotel, etc.)
Travel, Transportation & Meals
What is needed on site?
- Laptop/USB flash drive with presentation
- HDMI cable (for Apple: compatible adapter!)
- Your own promotional items, business cards, etc.
- Note: Exhibits are available by arrangement only (additional costs may apply due to space requirements). Poster printing is not included in the package. Booth setup is handled by Silicon Saxony.
Travel, Transportation & Meals
- Travel expenses (flights, hotels, etc.) are not included.
- For local transportation: IC Card (approx. €10, available at 7-Eleven stores and train stations).
- Food and drink: Beverages and snacks are included at the booth. No full hot meals.
Electronics & Safety
- Check the international rates with your phone provider.
- Electrical outlets: An adapter is required for Taiwan (these are available at the booth).
