Apixit employs a good 380 people and generated revenues of 85 million euros in fiscal year 2021/22. Nearly half of the revenue comes from the cybersecurity sector. The IT service provider has its own Security Operations Center (SOC) for all security-related IT services at organizations or companies. In addition, the range of services includes digital infrastructure, services via the Network Operations Center (NOC), as well as fully comprehensive managed services and systematic vulnerability management.
Bechtle expands market position
Bechtle has been represented in the French market since 2000. It started with Bechtle direct, and has since been joined by its subsidiaries Bechtle Comsoft and Inmac Wstore, as well as Cadmes. Apixit complements the existing regional locations of the Bechtle Group in Paris, Antony, Roissy-en-France, Plessis, AngoulĂŞme, Illkirch-Graffenstaden and Sophia Antipolis in the south of France. With this acquisition, Bechtle further strengthens its position among the five largest IT companies in France. Together with Apixit, the number of employees of the Bechtle Group in France increases to approximately 1,200.
The letter of intent for the acquisition of Apixit had been reported by Bechtle on July 5, 2023.
