Busch Vacuum Solutions – and now the Busch Group – is a family business that has been managed by the Busch family since the very beginning. In 1963, Ayhan and Dr.-Ing. Karl Busch founded the company together and developed the first vacuum pump specifically for food packaging. As the company developed into a global pioneer in the vacuum industry, their three children Ayla, Sami and Kaya Busch joined the management team and brought new perspectives and approaches to the company.
