As a leading supplier of vacuum coating systems, industries such as electronics, MEMS and sensor technology, precision optics, displays, solar thermal energy and photovoltaics rely on our innovative thin-film solutions. Sputtering, evaporation, PECVD and ALD technologies are used in our equipment platforms.
