The semiconductor industry is developing rapidly – new technologies, more complex manufacturing processes and innovative chip designs are constantly placing new demands on specialists. With the Microelectronic Engineering certificate program of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, TU Dresden is offering a unique opportunity to develop, update or deepen well-founded skills in one of the most important future fields from the summer semester 2026.

The program is aimed at TUD students of STEM subjects who want to expand their studies, as well as specialists from industry who want to update or deepen their knowledge in the semiconductor field.

Thanks to the modular structure, participants benefit from maximum flexibility: the entire certificate can be completed as well as individual modules for targeted specialization.
