Internal communications takes center stage. Scompler, the leading strategic communications management (SCOM) platform, and Staffbase, the first AI-native employee experience platform, today announced a major update to their integration, bringing internal and external communications closer together than ever. The enhanced connection provides communications teams with even more flexibility and control to align messages, streamline workflows and ensure consistent communications across the organization.
The Scompler-Staffbase integration, already used by many joint customers, now provides a deeper and more structured link between the two platforms.
Communication teams can plan, create and approve internal topics directly in Scompler, publish them to Staffbase without switching tools, and analyze how their content is used and perceived across employee-facing channels such as intranets and employee apps.
With integrated Staffbase Analytics, teams can view key metrics such as views, likes and comments for individual posts as well as aggregated insights across stories and topics – all directly in Scompler. This closes the loop between strategy and analytics and helps communicators understand impact, optimize engagement and align internal messaging with company goals.
“Internal communication should not only inform employees, but inspire them. With this upgrade, we’ve made it easier than ever to connect strategy, content and employee engagement in a unified process,” said Erik Pauli, Head of Product at Scompler Technologies GmbH.
The latest update includes several key enhancements – including expanded media usage, additional post creation features, improved channel selection and new analytics capabilities. Together, these optimizations make publishing through Scompler more intuitive, engaging – and clearly aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
“Strong internal communications are a key driver of company culture and performance. Through our integration with Scompler, teams can easily plan, coordinate and analyze their internal communications while ensuring they align with the overarching corporate strategy. This makes messages clearer, more targeted and more effective,” said Sven Lindenhahn, Director Strategic Advisory at Staffbase.
The enhanced integration is part of Scompler’s broader vision for the Strategic Comms OS, a connected, intelligent approach to turning communication into business value.
The enhanced integration is available immediately and at no additional cost to Scompler Pro customers with an active Staffbase license.
Staffbase is the first employee experience platform for the AI age – not just AI-powered, but AI-native. It enables all employees to benefit from the advantages of artificial intelligence – especially those who were previously hardly digitally connected because they were not sitting at a desk. With Employee AI, Staffbase combines communication, IT and HR, redefining how people and organizations work together. Around 2,000 companies, including Adidas, BayWa, DHL Group, MAN Truck & Bus and Hagebau, rely on Staffbase. Staffbase connects companies with their employees regardless of location via a branded employee app, an intranet, email, SMS, digital signage and Microsoft 365 integrations – and now also via modern services such as personalized podcasts and AI assistants.
Scompler is the leading provider of Strategic Communications Management (SCOM). Since its foundation in Munich in 2018, more than 450 organizations – from DAX-listed corporations and international NGOs to associations and medium-sized companies – and over 25,000 users worldwide rely on Scompler’s Software-as-a-Service platform. By combining strategic planning with operational content activities, teams transform complexity into clarity – and communication becomes a true driver of trust, impact and business success.
