SEMICON WEST San Francisco 2026

SEMICON West is regarded worldwide as the most important trade fair for the semiconductor industry.

Exhibitors showcase the latest products and technologies in the fields of design and manufacturing, covering the entire microelectronics supply chain, from electronic design automation and component manufacturing to production, including assembly, packaging, and testing.

SEMICON West is complemented by related topics such as LEDs, MEMS, photovoltaics, flexible electronics, displays, and nanoelectronics.

The focus is on innovations and demand-oriented applications. There are also technical presentations and networking opportunities.

Silicon Saxony will once again organize the German Pavilion at SEMICON West, the leading trade fair for the semiconductor and microelectronics industry in North America on behalf of the BMWE in 2026.

There are two options available for your participation in the German Pavilion:

1. Information center (IZ Booth)

Presentation opportunity for small exhibits on an area of 2 m² as part of the overall concept by arrangement.

Services included:

1 mini counter with storage space
Provision of wall advertising space including enlargement of reproducible templates (photos, texts, graphics) (with brochure holder if required); specifications provided by the organizing company
1 bar stool
1 power outlet (2kW)
1 spotlights
2 free exhibitor tickets
- Costs: EUR 2,450.00 // plus SEMI sub-exhibitor fee (approx. EUR 1,800)
- Full costs: EUR 4,500.00 // plus SEMI sub-exhibitor fee (approx. EUR 1,800)

2. Individuell booth space

Minimum size: 9 m²
Maximum size: 15 m²
Furnishings: 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 lockable sideboard, 1 lockable counter element, 1 coat rack, 1 waste paper basket
Design, additional furniture, and graphics are arranged individually by the organizing company directly with the responsible stand builder of the German Pavilion
Carpet (velour, gray)
2 free exhibitor tickets
Cost: EUR 690.00/m² // plus SEMI sub-exhibitor fee (approx. EUR 1,800)
Full costs: EUR 1,900.00/m² // plus SEMI sub-exhibitor fee (approx. EUR 1,800)

Who pays the full cost price for the German Pavilion?

Institutions that are not considered eligible companies pay the full cost price.

These include ...

state-funded institutes such as Fraunhofer, Max Planck, or Leibniz,
colleges and universities,
public research centers and state institutes such as Helmholtz Centers or state laboratories.

As these organizations do not fall under the scope of business promotion, they do not receive any subsidies from the foreign trade fair program.

Note: Companies that have not previously participated in a German Pavilion must obtain accreditation.

As an accredited company, you will be authorized to book your participation in the events of the Federal Government's foreign trade fair program securely, bindingly, and conveniently via this platform. To do so, the identity of your company will be verified. In addition, a check will be made to ensure that your company is eligible to participate in the Federal Government's foreign trade fair programs. Approval by the Federal Government may take 2-3 days.
