Freiberg Silicon Days 2026

The Freiberg Silicon Days 2026 invite you to join a compact, two-day conference focussing on the leading edge of silicon chemistry and nano-electronics. International experts from both industry and academia will present innovative advances in ultra-pure precursor chemistry, next-generation wet chemistry, new concepts in silicon-based photovoltaics as well as provide insights into recent progress in nano-electronics made of Si, Ge and Sn and quantum technology.

Between invited talks and contributed poster presentations there will be ample amount of time for in-depth scientific discussions and personal exchange, rendering the meeting a valuable hub connecting basic research and industry-relevant topics.
