Gert Foth has been appointed to the newly created position of Head of Operations. As technical director and process architect, he will be responsible for the entire platform operation, the cloud infrastructure, and the expansion of scalable operations and support structures.

The newly created position deliberately combines technical leadership, process design, and people management: Gert Foth acts as an interface between product, engineering, sales, and customer success, combining technical platform maturity with operational efficiency. He brings comprehensive expertise in the areas of cloud infrastructure, platform automation, and operational management. His many years of experience in setting up and operating complex IT systems and leading technical teams make him the ideal addition to the iSAX management team.
