Divinol CL1 Dipcleaner 1528

Divinol CL1 Dipcleaner 1528 is suitable for the high purity cleaning of components in the semiconductor supply industry such as EUV lithography systems. In addition, the cleaner can also be used for the optoelectronic industry, in high vacuum technology and in medical technology. The product is suitable for cleaning aluminum alloys such as AL 5083, titanium, stainless steel and is compatible with non-ferrous metals. In order to meet the high requirements for component cleanliness, the cleaner must be prepared with water of the appropriate purity. Divinol CL1 Dipcleaner 1528 removes particulate, filmic-organic and inorganic contamination from the surface. From the recommended use concentration of 55 °C, the cleaning solution is foam-free. The concentration is determined via the conductance.
Divinol Flockungsmittel RB
Divinol Flockungsmittel RB is a liquid paint coagulating agent based on inorganic separating agents and special polymers. It can be used for a variety of paint binding systems. It’s mainly used to coagulate water-based paint, but can also be used to detack solvent-based paint
Divinol Flockungsmittel RB is suitable for water wash spray booths with various discharge systems. Due to its good detackifying and dewatering effect, a compact coagulate is produced, which can be easily removed with the usual discharging equipment. The water service life is thereby increased and the cleaning time is reduced to a minimum.
In combination with one of our Divinol flocculants, specifically heavier paint systems can also be discharged on a floating basis.

Due to selected highly effective additives Zubora 62 H Extra L is suitable for cutting processes of most difficult demand. The product is suitable for machining steel, cast iron and aluminum, as well as for very sensitive aluminum alloys, such as AL 5083 used in lithography systems.

Fully synthetic and water-soluble, boron-free cooling lubricant for aluminium and stainless steel

Due to the selection of highly effective additives, Zubora TLC L can be used for medium-heavy machining processes. The product is particularly suitable for machining aluminium and especially sensitive aluminium alloys, such as AL 5083 used in lithography systems. In addition, machining of cast iron, steel and stainless steel is also possible.
Zubora 65 M Ultra L
Boron-free, semi-synthetic cooling lubricant of the latest generation – for most difficult metal cutting operations.

Due to selected highly effective EP additives Zubora 65 M Ultra L is suitable for cutting processes of most difficult demand. The product can be used for machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron and aluminium and also for aluminium alloys as AL 2024 and 7075. Due to a special formulation Zubora 65 M Ultra L is particularly biostable.The EP-additives effect a longer tool life and enable the working with high cutting speeds. Zubora 65 M Ultra L has an optimised foaming behavior which is adapted to a high circulation index. Thus, a high process security can be guaranteed even for very difficult working operations.
