Where we come from

For more than 20 years, SFI (formerly LOGITEX Instruments) has been serving the semiconductor manufacturing, industrial coating, nanotechnology, micromechanics, solar, and other highly technical industries with component repair and other services in areas such as plasma etching, wet chemistry, deposition, lithography, diffusion, epitaxy, radio frequency technology, motors and controls, robotic handling, power supply technology, vacuum technology, and other related specialty applications.
