About this member

senswork is an expert in complete solutions for industrial image processing, automated inspection and deep learning (AI). Our solutions for automation and quality assurance are used daily in numerous sectors such as the semiconductor industry, the automotive industry, mechanical engineering and medical technology. From our headquarters in Burghausen and our locations worldwide, we support well-known customers from industry and research. From the initial concept to the integration of the finished solution, we offer everything from a single source. We analyze your tasks in detail and respond to individual specifications in order to develop a custom-fit camera system, the perfect inspection station or the ideal inspection device.

Automated FOSB quality inspection

The inspection technology enables fully automated and controlled packaging of FOSBs (Front Opening Shipping Boxes) in cooperation with our automation partners. We check the correct assembly of all attachments, the exact positioning of the wafers (cross-slot check), and the precise printing of the automatically applied labels.

Optical measurement technology for wire saws

The optical measuring system enables precise alignment of the angle of wire saws when cutting ingots. A fully autonomous, camera-based measuring system ensures that the saw frame is positioned exactly to within 0.01° of the clamped ingot.

System for loading and unloading wafers in polishing machines

The camera-based solution automatically detects different types of runner rings on the polishing cloth, monitors the correct positioning of the wafers in the runner ring, and controls their precise placement by robot. It also enables fully automated removal of the wafers.

VisionUnit for feeding microchips

The camera system enables precise detection of the position and orientation of chips removed from trays. It detects the position and rotation of the chips and transmits this data to the control system to ensure accurate placement in the test sockets. Automatic detection works reliably with different chip formats, and calibration of the camera system with the handling system is fully automated.
