We are Saxony Thermal

Established in 2011 we are the content experts and global supplier of Epsilon related everything. Our goal was to create an emulation of an OEM, and help maintain our customers capitol tool investment. That’s quite a mission statement. We’ve achieved it!
Saxony Thermal exists to protect its customers capitol investment in Epsilon tools. We’re still developing the tool and looking to the future. From reducing the footprint, to developing our own improved sub systems, to our our own collection of replacement gold reflectors. Our company owns its intelectual property portfolio; everything is controlled by us. We don’t rely on outside development.

Fully Remanufactured Tools - Like new. Fully installed and warrantied.
Modular Refurbishment - A collection of modules that can be installed in your tool at your facility by your own technichal staff, or one of our Field Service Engineers.
Retrofit Kits - Bring your tool up to date and in to the modern age.
Upgrades - Need better perfomance from your tools? We’ve developed many upgrades for the Epsilon.
Spares - Anything you need from a gold reflector to a transfer arm, we have all the parts for the Epsilon.
Field Service - Our Field Service Engineers are content experts and can do everything from filling out your team for a period of time to rebuilding an entire tool in the field.
