Oulong Consulting was founded in 2009 by Dr. Peter Pöchmüller as IKT-Consulting.  
For over 12 years, we have maintained a contact office with offices in Germany (Dresden and Stuttgart) and a branch office in Taiwan (Taipei and Hsinchu) to facilitate B2B contacts between Germany and China,
