We are a supra-regional law firm of patent attorneys and attorneys-at-law with national and international activities in the field of intellectual property. At our Dresden office, our activities focus on the technical fields of microelectronics, microtechnology and the related process engineering, mechanical engineering, precision engineering, medical technology, software and semiconductor protection (topography protection). In independent law firm rankings, our firm is regularly listed as a recommended law firm for the aforementioned fields of expertise, which is both recognition and incentive for us. In addition to representing clients before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the German Federal Patent Court and, in special cases, the German Federal Supreme Court, we also represent our clients before the European Patent Office, the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market in Alicante / Spain and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO/OMPI) in Geneva. For representation before other foreign offices and courts, we have a global network of international contacts with particularly carefully selected correspondent attorneys.
