Founded in 1990, the IT system house has been managed by the 2nd generation since 2017. The previously wide range of services has been realigned over the last 5 years. There are 2 main focuses:

1. 360 ° IT support: complete support of the IT environment of companies with 10 - 100 employees in the Dresden region, with a view to Saxony

This includes, among other things:

• Introduction and operation of information and communication systems
• Advice on establishing IT security (technical and organizational measures)
• Ensuring IT security (e.g. monitoring, employee sensitization, patch management)
• Support with onboarding and offboarding employees (provision of preconfigured hardware and software including instruction)
• Consulting and training on the use of Microsoft 365 technologies (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office) and their application for corporate communication (e.g. intranet, ticket system, project work)

2. IT efficiency and security (for companies with 100 or more employees in Germany)

• Sales, implementation and operational support of software solutions for the automation of IT processes (e.g. management of PCs, servers and mobile devices)
