This is followed by video conferences or face-to-face meetings with the candidates. You make the decision. We contribute our expertise in recruitment consultancy.

The project gets underway within a few days. We handle the project administration (contract, onboarding, invoicing, etc.) on your behalf. Our professional contracts provide the right balance between flexibility and planning certainty.

Advantage: There are no upfront costs for you. You are only invoiced for the days actually worked by the interim manager, based on daily rates. The provider’s margin is included.
