We have close and trusting relationships with our customers. We operate a direct sales model, where our team members work directly with our customers worldwide. Our sales representatives and field engineers are on site to find the optimal solution. We support our customers online and by phone, and we also operate Hilti Shops where we advise our customers and sell our products.

An uncompromising approach from research to delivery

At Hilti, we know that construction is dangerous and full of challenges. We are constantly looking for solutions that make work on the construction site safer, faster, and easier. We have our own research and development laboratories with specialized scientists and engineers. We also collaborate with leading technical universities around the world to share research findings and push the boundaries even further. We manufacture our products in our own factories in Europe, Mexico, India, and China, and we also work with external specialized suppliers. This ensures that all our products meet the same quality standards.
