Notaries in Dresden – Heckschen & Salomon
In 1990, Prof. Dr. Heribert Heckschen and Prof. Dr. Oswald van de Loo founded the notary's office in Dresden. Shortly before reaching the age limit for notaries, Prof. Dr. Oswald van de Loo left the firm as a partner – his successor is Dr. Pascal Salomon. However, Prof. Dr. Oswald van de Loo continues to make his extensive expertise available to our clients as a notary representative.
Our expertise – your security
Two notaries and more than 60 employees are available at Heckschen & Salomon to assist you with your notarial matters. Consulting and notarization, for example in the area of real estate such as purchase, gift, property development contract, but also the provision of collateral (land charges) are one of our main areas of expertise. Heckschen & Salomon has particular expertise in the area of company formation, but above all in company restructuring and transformation.
Numerous clients in Germany and beyond benefit from our many years of experience. Company acquisitions and company succession in limited liability companies (GmbH), stock corporations (AG), and partnerships are further areas of focus in our work. In addition, Heckschen & Salomon advises a large number of European companies (SE) and notarizes shareholders' meetings and general meetings.
Support in all situations
Heckschen & Salomon is at your disposal with its extensive expertise in marriage contracts and divorce settlement agreements, as well as in questions relating to the so-called “Güterstandsschaukel” (marital property regime swing) and “Eigenheimschaukel” (home ownership swing).
We are also happy to advise and support you in drawing up a health care proxy, living will, or guardianship order.
Another important area of notarial activity is wills and inheritance contracts. Few areas of law are as complex as inheritance law. Without the expert support of a specialized and experienced lawyer, mistakes are often made in this area. In particular, the combination of inheritance law regulations with corporate law requirements or the coordination between inheritance contracts, wills, and powers of attorney requires the assistance of a lawyer who is well versed in this area.
As your notaries in Dresden, we are also at your side for complex questions.
