Cyberport IT-Services GmbH was formed through the merger of the long-established IT service providers BIZTEAM GmbH (Altenstadt a.d. Waldnaab) and EICKELSCHULTE AG (Starnberg). From the very beginning, both service providers have specialized in serving small and medium-sized businesses in their region and have built up a high level of expertise across various industries through their focus on digitalization, ongoing IT support, and IT solutions. 

Since October 2021, we have been part of Cyberport SE, one of Europe’s largest e-commerce companies for IT and consumer electronics, owned by Hubert Burda Media. The company was renamed Cyberport IT-Services GmbH in April 2022.

The merger of the two companies under the Cyberport umbrella has created a strong foundation for further business development. Cyberport IT-Services’ stated goal is to become a leading IT partner for small and medium-sized businesses throughout Germany in the coming years.
