My Intercultural Journey

Born and raised in Dresden, I first experienced the complexity of cultural differences during a year abroad in the USA. Through my studies in language and cultural sciences as well as economics, I gained a profound understanding of the importance of communication. During extended stays in Japan and Canada, I deepened my knowledge of cultural nuances. As an employee in internationally operating companies - ranging from medium-sized enterprises to corporations - I often observed how the collaboration of professionals and executives with colleagues and customers in other countries is significantly influenced by cultural differences. I have led global teams myself and work both operationally and strategically with people from many countries.

In addition to my experiences and operational expertise, I completed training and certification as an intercultural trainer. I support professionals and executives in recognizing culturally driven differences, communicating better, and collaborating more effectively in a globalized world. My company focuses on individually tailored training programs that delve deeply into the nuances of intercultural communication, empowering employees to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers in other countries in any situation.
