Where we come from

What began with a clear vision and a pioneering spirit is now a growing network with nationwide appeal. The initial mentoring formats evolved into cross-mentoring, which in turn developed into Cross Consult: a company that shares knowledge, shapes change, and opens up new perspectives with a wide range of formats.
