History
ATU GmbH was formed from a former central laboratory of IBM Germany to support IBM Germany's semiconductor, multilayer ceramic, and printed circuit board manufacturing.
In 1996, ATU GmbH was founded after a management buyout and has since been managed by Wolfgang Erlmann and Hans-Dieter Schmidt.
