January 22, 2024. Infineon Technologies AG and GlobalFoundries (Nasdaq: GFS) (GF) have signed a new multi-year agreement for the supply of Infineon’s AURIX™ TC3x microcontrollers in 40-nanometer technology for the automotive industry as well as power management and connectivity solutions. The additional capacity will help to further secure Infineon’s growth in the years 2024 to 2030.

Infineon and GF have been working together since 2013 to develop differentiated semiconductor technologies and products for the automotive, industrial and security sectors.
