On-site meals
As in previous years, we will once again have our own caterer on site to provide refreshments throughout the day. Specialty coffees, tea, filter coffee, soft drinks, and water will be available all day to all exhibitors and their guests.
First thing in the morning, you’ll find a selection of light snacks such as pretzels, cookies, fruit, and granola bars. At lunchtime, you have the option to add a hot meal for an additional fee. You can make this reservation starting in September further down on this page in the “Additional Services” section.
In the afternoon, cakes and cookies round out the selection, so you’ll be well taken care of all day long.
Travel, Transportation, Storage Options
What is needed on site?
- Laptop/USB flash drive with presentation
- HDMI cable (for Apple: the appropriate adapter!)
- Your own giveaways, business cards, etc.
- Note: Exhibits by arrangement only (additional costs may apply due to space requirements). Booth production is handled by Silicon Saxony.
Getting Here

By public transportation: The U2 line takes just 20 minutes from the main train station to the convention center. Get off at Messestadt West or Messestadt Ost.

By car: Take the A94 directly. Use the München-Riem or Feldkirchen-West exits. A signage system will guide you to available parking spaces.

From the airport (MUC): The trade show shuttle bus takes 45 minutes to reach the venue nonstop. A taxi takes about 35 minutes (€94 flat rate).

From the conference hotel: You can easily walk to the exhibition hotels right next door. From the surrounding area, hotel shuttles, the U2 subway, or local buses will take you to the entrance.
Storage options
A small storage area is available on site. This is intended for jackets and a limited number of small boxes (e.g., containing brochures). Lockers are also available. Please note that suitcases and large shipping crates are not permitted in the storage area. We ask that you use the official trade show coat check for your luggage, especially on the last two days of the trade show. Important note: Suitcases may not be stored in the storage area.

Booth Reservation 2027
Booking for the Silicon Saxony shared booth at SEMICON Europe 2027 will open on November 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Starting at that time, you can book your booth directly. A booth visualization, including a hall layout, will be available here starting in mid-October.

Registration and Tickets
Official Registration as a Co-Exhibitor
By registering for the shared booth, you have already paid the co-exhibitor fee of €2,300 to Messe München and SEMI. Silicon Saxony will handle all billing, so you do not need to make a separate payment to Messe München or SEMI.
Please note that you must also register as a co-exhibitor. This is the only way your company will be listed in the official SEMICON Europe online exhibition catalog.
It is also important to note that there are two different entries for SEMICON Europe. A brief explanation can be found in the appendix.
1. SEMICON Europe Exhibitor Hub
- Included in the SEMI flat fee (€1,150) – applies to main and co-exhibitors
- Your listing is visible on the SEMI website and on the hall maps
- You will automatically receive access after registering as a co-exhibitor.
- Important: This entry is managed by SEMI
2. Media release from Messe München
- The basic entry is included in the communications flat rate (€1,150)
- Visible only on Messe München’s channels and in the printed trade show catalog
- Orders are processed through the Messe München exhibitor shop
- You will be notified separately by email from Messe München or jl.medien regarding this matter.
- Additional paid options can be booked (e.g., a logo on the venue map)

Important for co-exhibitor registration: Please note that you must use the English-language form . Please adjust the language setting accordingly.

Before registering, please check our floor plan to see which section (B1221 or B1521) your company has been assigned to. An incorrect assignment may result in delays in activating your company profile and publishing it in the trade show catalog.

Exhibitor Badges for Staff
Exhibitor badges are not included in your booth reservation and are also not part of the co-exhibitor fee.
You can easily order these through the exhibitor shop.
You received the relevant login credentials immediately after registering as a co-exhibitor.
The passes cost approximately 35–40 € per person and are valid for the entire duration of the trade show. With an exhibitor pass, you can enter the trade show before 9:00 a.m.
Free Coupons for Your Customers
You can also request free visitor codes through the exhibitor shop.
You can share these codes with your customers and business partners so they can receive free admission to SEMICON Europe.
Alternatively, you can also use the codes for your own staff. Please note the following:
- Registration must be completed separately for each day of the trade show
- Admission is not permitted until the fair begins (9:00 a.m.)

Logo:
We need your company logo to create the exhibitor logo wall. Please send us your logo as an InDesign-compatible file (e.g., .ai, .eps, or .pdf) with a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
Flyers & Brochures:
You can display flyers or brochures up to DIN A5 size in a brochure holder on your mini-package wall.
Corporate or product video:
Please upload a short video (MP4, max. 80 seconds, 4K) Ready.

Graphics:
Regarding the booth design and your graphics, our booth builder, Kristin Kremer from Cubicworx, will contact you directly in early July. Through the Cubicworx exhibitor shop, you’ll be able to select a template that suits your booth and book additional services and equipment.

You can inquire about and book a selection of furniture, such as display cases, directly through our booth builder, Cubicworx, by contacting Kristin Kremer.

Shipping of Trade Show Materials
You can send your brochures, flyers, and giveaways to our trade show construction company. The items will be delivered directly to your exhibitor terminal. Please send a maximum of 1–2 packages (maximum dimensions: 40x40x40 cm) to arrive by October 26, 2026, at the following address:

You’re also welcome to reserve time slots for your meetings again. We have an open area and, for the first time this year, a private meeting room that seats about 6 people.

More Energy for Your Booth Staff
Make sure your team stays focused and energized. We’ll provide your booth staff with a freshly prepared hot lunch (including a beverage), which can be picked up right at booth B1521 / B1221. Vegetarian and vegan options are available every day.
