The services of the Bechtle International Division cover the areas of business development, offer and tender management as well as operational business processing for international customer projects. The team of more than 100 employees focuses on companies with IT environments of more than 5,000 workstations and a multinational presence. “Our international business is a key growth driver for Bechtle’s sustainable success. In recent years, we have established an outstanding position as an IT partner for globally active customers, which we intend to further expand in the future,” says Konstantin Ebert, COO, Bechtle AG.
Bechtle is active in 14 European countries with its own companies and has been working for years for internationally active medium-sized companies and globally active corporations in large, centrally managed IT projects and as a service provider for remote services as well as with service units on site at the customer’s premises. The established partnerships that support the provision of services also include the companies of the Global IT Alliance. The network initiated by Bechtle in 2013 currently consists of 14 partners worldwide, which have more than 240 locations in 96 countries.
In addition to strengthening central units such as the Bechtle International Division, Bechtle is also focusing on continuing its international M&A strategy to expand its international business. In the last five years, the IT service provider has made 18 of a total of 23 acquisitions in other European countries. In the future, Bechtle also intends to significantly expand its international position in the European markets through acquisitions.
