The demand for skilled professionals in Europe’s semiconductor industry is growing. At the same time, new Chips Competence Centres and Pilot Lines are being established under the European Chips Act, providing companies, professionals, and other stakeholders with access to expertise, infrastructure, and training opportunities.

As part of the European aCCCess project, we are hosting a webinar series presenting the services and opportunities offered by Europe’s Chips Competence Centres and Pilot Lines. A particular focus is placed on training and professional development opportunities that help strengthen skills across the semiconductor value chain and contribute to Europe’s long-term technological excellence.

Webinar #2 with PIXSpain and POEMS

In the second edition of our webinar series, we welcome PIXSpain, the Spanish Chips Competence Centre with a particular focus on photonics, and POEMS, the Portuguese Chips Competence Centre.

Both centres will present their training and professional development opportunities and provide insights into how participants can deepen their existing semiconductor expertise, explore new technology fields, and develop skills specifically relevant to Europe’s semiconductor industry.
