6th Correlative Materials Characterization Workshop

The CMC 2026 workshop will bring together communities from Materials, Electronics, Life and Computer Science, to discuss and explore topics of common interests.

The scope of the event includes all relevant techniques used for correlative characterization. The main focus will be on Light Microscopy, Electron Microscopy, X-ray Microscopy and Atomic Force Microscopy.

We expect 80 to 100 attendees from research, companies, practitioners and participants of the European School for Young Materials Scientists (a satellite event organized in Dresden on November 23-24, 2026).
