accompio: Realignment of the management team and restructuring of the business organization

The following measures will be implemented with effect from November 1, 2025:

Addition of Verena Amann to the management board

The management board of accompio GmbH will be supplemented by a newly created management position from November 1, 2025. In addition to the managing directors Dr. Christian Böing (CEO) and Georg Willig (CFO), Verena Amann will take over responsibility for human resources for the entire accompio Group as Managing Director and Chief People Officer (CPO).

Mrs Amann will thus centrally manage the areas of people, talent management, recruiting, corporate culture and HR strategy in order to position the accompio Group even more strongly as an attractive employer in the market.

New organizational structure

The change in management will also involve a clear organizational realignment in line with customer needs. In future, the accompio Group will divide its activities into three independent business units:

• accompio Enterprise: geared towards major customers with complex and long-term managed service requirements.
• accompio MidMarket: target group are small and medium-sized companies with standardized, scalable managed services.
• accompio Solutions: Support units and supplementary service offerings (extended technology fields such as artificial intelligence, software development, backup monitoring and platform engineering).

This structure ensures that both the highly individual requirements of major customers and the needs of small and medium-sized companies are addressed in a targeted and segment-specific manner. At the same time, the clear allocation of units within the group of companies enables a stronger focus, more efficient processes and a better go-to-market orientation.

Netz16 Managing Director Dr. Andreas Herch takes over the business unit “accompio Enterprise”

On November 1, 2025, Dr. Andreas Herch will take over the operational management of the business unit accompio Enterprise. Dr. Herch and his business partner Christian Popp jointly founded the Netz16 Group and brought it into the accompio Group at the beginning of 2025 as part of the strategic acquisition. Dr. Herch brings many years of experience in leading technology and managed service companies, particularly in innovation, scaling and integration within platform strategies. Under his responsibility, accompio Enterprise will continue to grow with key accounts, manage complex service stacks and act as a platform for sophisticated IT infrastructure and cloud projects.

Tim Körner becomes CEO of the “accompio MidMarket” business unit

The accompio MidMarket segment will be led by Tim Körner as CEO together with Managing Director Sascha Nigro from November 1, 2025. As COO, Sascha Nigro is responsible for the business unit’s operations. The new management duo of accompio MidMarket will be supported by Felix Zöbisch, who will be responsible for post-merger integration within accompio MidMarket as a staff function of the Group Management Board.

Tim Körner was previously CCO at the web hosting buy & build company hosting.com (formerly World Host Group) and before that CEO at world4you in Austria; he also held management positions at IONOS. His professional background shows a strong digital and growth orientation in the hosting and cloud environment with significant responsibility for scaling, market expansion and operational efficiency. Under his leadership, the mid-market unit of the accompio Group will further expand its position as a reliable managed service partner for small and medium-sized companies, focusing on standardization and service quality.

Ruben Mosblech new Head of Group Marketing

In addition, Ruben Mosblech will start as the new Head of Group Marketing at the accompio Group on November 1, 2025. Mr. Mosblech has extensive experience in strategic marketing, brand strategy and brand management as well as digital communication. He will be responsible for the marketing and communication strategy of the entire group, with the aim of raising the profile of the accompio brand in the German market, making the differentiation of the business units visible and supporting the growth of the group through targeted marketing and demand generation measures.

With these new appointments and the clear structuring into three business units, the accompio Group is strategically positioning itself for future growth. The specialization on large customers (Enterprise) as well as small and medium-sized companies (MidMarket) in combination with complementary services creates a differentiated and targeted offering. The expanded management team also provides a solid management basis for managing the accompio Group in an operationally efficient and strategically effective manner.
