Workwear for over 60 years with Alsco Germany
Alsco specializes in workwear and can look back on a long tradition in Germany. Back in 1956, the Steiner family opened the first independent laundry business in Cologne. Find out here how a small family business became a global workwear company.
The first customer was Bayer-Werke in Leverkusen, which had its 40,000 employees equipped with workwear from Alsco. Although leasing was still relatively unknown in this sector at the time, it quickly became established due to the many advantages for customers. The expansion finally took its course.
Alsco now has 22 locations in Germany. There are 1,350 employees and around 450 service vehicles supply around 17,000 customers with workwear every day.
