Die aps Solutions GmbH ist aus der aps Sales & Service GmbH hervorgegangen, die 1992 von einer Gruppe europäischer Halbleiterausrüstungs- und -materialspezialisten mit dem Ziel gegründet wurde, europaweit einen besseren Produktvertrieb und Service als jeder andere anzubieten. Seitdem ist aps durch die Aufnahme von Testgeräten in sein Portfolio kontinuierlich gewachsen und besteht nun aus einer Organisation von Experten für kritische Aspekte des Halbleitergeschäfts.

Since then aps has grown continuously by adding testing equipments to their portfolio and now consists of an organization of experts in critical aspects of the semiconductor business.
