Official distributor of Entegris products for the UK and we now have a facility in Dresden that enables us to offer a comprehensive range of products within Germany and to the rest of Europe.

Megatech Limited was founded in 1973 in the UK and have grown into a group consisting of four companies where all came together to celebrate our 50th year anniversary back in 2023.

We have built a reputation for supplying quality products, in-depth technical expertise and excellent customer service over those years. Clients use Megatech for all these reasons and they also know that our portfolio of specialist equipment is vast and well suited to the Semiconductor and Thin Film sectors.

In addition, we have been supplying our specialist membrane boxes to customers in a wide range of industries for over 10 years, including: silicon production, specialty lenses, dental, crystals, optics, jewelry, watch manufacturers and more.
