This maximizes the efficiency of industrial manufacturing processes through intelligent monitoring and predictive maintenance. A key advantage of this solution is that it can also be used by companies that are just starting to use Edge AI for predictive maintenance.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\">Three partners, three core competencies &#8211; cooperation as the key to innovative IoT solutions<\/h3>\n<p>In the project, the reflow oven at DELTEC, an obvious location due to previous component failures, was equipped with the jointly developed monitoring solution. The solution is based on Sensry&#8217;s Ganymed\u2122 multi-sensor platform (20 sensors), which is equipped with 9 RISC-V processor cores to efficiently evaluate and&nbsp; analyze the many sensor data. The Ganymed\u2122 platform can be extended with additional sensors as required, making it a powerful, AI\/ML-enabled sensor platform that can be easily expanded by the customer.<\/p>\n<p>DELTEC contributed its expertise in manufacturing and hardware development by developing a customized circuit board that integrates the Ganymed\u2122 platform and enables the transmission of the many sensor data via Industrial Ethernet\/MQTT. Coderitter, as system integrator, was responsible for the implementation of the Edge AI on the RISC-V processors of the Ganymed Platform\u2122 as well as the provision of further software solution components.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\">The Edge AI solution <\/h3>\n<p>The developed edge solution enabled real-time data processing directly on the platform, which led to a minimization of response times, relieving the data paths and the associated costs. By using machine learning algorithms, the sensor data is analyzed directly on the edge device, which enables local decisions to control the reflow oven.<\/p>\n<p>The jointly developed solution allows machine failures to be precisely predicted and potential production downtimes to be avoided, thus enabling smarter, more efficient and future-proof industrial production and is also easily adaptable to other machine constellations.<\/p>\n<p>Co-innovation: sharing and further developing technologies within the company<br \/>Contact us to find out how our predictive maintenance solution can also increase efficiency and minimize costs in your company.
