After the public hearing on January 14, 2026, the Dutch Enterprise Chamber ruled today that there are reasonable doubts about the proper conduct of business under the former management of Nexperia and by certain actions of Wingtech Technology Co. Ltd (“Wingtech”) since October 2025. Nexperia welcomes and respects the decision of the Dutch Enterprise Chamber and commits to fully cooperate with the investigation ordered by the court, which is expected to take several months.<\/p>\n
The measures ordered by the Enterprise Chamber in October 2025, including the suspension of Zhang Xuezheng (Wing) and the independent management of the voting rights of Nexperia’s shares indirectly held by Wingtech, will remain in place. The management of the company will remain with Stefan Tilger as interim CEO, Achim Kempe as COO and Ruben Lichtenberg as CLO as well as Guido Dierick as court-appointed non-executive director.<\/p>\n
Despite the challenging situation, the core business remains healthy and resilient: Nexperia remains a strong and reliable partner for all stakeholders, including its customers. Looking ahead – and as confirmed by today’s decision of the Corporate Chamber – the priority now is for Nexperia to further stabilize its supply chain and reliably meet customer demand worldwide.<\/p>\n
