This technology, implemented with the GM Air SeT switchgear type, significantly reduces the ecological footprint and is regarded as pioneering for the energy sector.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\">Successful project launch at the Cargo Center<\/h3>\n<p>On October 30, 2025, the first milestone of the project was reached on schedule. Four GM Air SeT switchgears and two switchable cast resin transformers were installed in Lufthansa Cargo&#8217;s Cargo Center for network operator Fraport&nbsp;. The new technology supplies a fully automated high-bay warehouse, which requires additional electrical power.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\">Key technical data of the project<\/h3>\n<p>Actemium&#8217;s scope of services includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>24 GM Air SeT medium-voltage switchgear bays including protection technology<\/li>\n<li>6 x 1.250 kVA<\/li>\n<li>6 x 800 kVA transformers<\/li>\n<li>2 x DC power supplies<\/li>\n<li>2 x telecontrol cabinets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"\">Modernization during ongoing operation<\/h3>\n<p>The existing building&#8217;s 50-year-old transformer station will also be replaced with this new technology in three construction phases during ongoing operation, in parallel with the new building.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\">Collaboration as the key to success<\/h3>\n<p>The project was realized in close cooperation with Fraport, Lufthansa and Actemium.
