At Systema, the young people learned about the entire software development cycle – from specification and implementation to testing and documentation.<\/p>\n

“We learned things that will make our lives in software programming easier. The time here in Dresden is just great,” said Micha\u0142 Kabzi\u0144ski from CKZiU “Elektryk”. Instructor Johannes Postel added: “We provided a practical insight into how software is created in industrial environments.” <\/p>\n

The mechatronics internship at GlobalFoundries offered insights into mechatronic systems, power supply and robotics – partly in direct exchange with German trainees. “I really liked the professional working environment and how helpful the employees were. I also found it exciting to see how advanced the technology in semiconductor production is,” reports Alex Pabisek. Kajetan Wojnarowski adds: “The internship showed me that mechatronics is a very important profession – and that semiconductors are the future of technological development.” <\/p>\n

“The students knew what they were doing – they exceeded my expectations,” praised Theo Kr\u00fcger, trainer at GlobalFoundries. Cornelia L\u00f6we (GlobalFoundries) emphasized: “The young people were excellently prepared, motivated and technically adept.” <\/p>\n

The cooperation between the two companies and the school from Nowa S\u00f3l was initiated via Silicon Saxony. Silicon Saxony has supported the exchange since the beginning with the idea of strengthening the international promotion of young talent and the development of skilled workers in the Saxon high-tech industry.”<\/p>\n

Last year, Polish teenagers were able to gain valuable practical experience at SYSTEMA. We presented the project and its success in an article<\/a> at the time.<\/p>\n
