APS and MES expertise bundled<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
New integration partners are BDE Engineering and Contec. In the future, BDE Engineering will use the production planning software GANTTPLAN in combination with its own Manufacturing Execution System. This rounds off the company’s product portfolio with modular software for planning and optimizing production processes.<\/p>\n
BDE Engineering is an expert in production data acquisition and visualization. The manufacturer of the MES solution PROefficient was looking for a long time for a suitable partner system for production planning. “GANTTPLAN is ideally suited for our MES suite due to its functional diversity and good integrability. The APS forms the bridge between the production and management levels and can be seamlessly integrated into our MES solution. With the bundle, manufacturing processes can be consistently optimized and output or overall plant effectiveness can be increased,” says Jens Graute, Key Account Manager at BDE Engineering.<\/p>\n
The second new addition to the DUALIS partner network is Contec. The international engineering company headquartered in Belgium specializes in the improvement and automation of industrial processes and machines. In the future, it will also act as an integrator for DUALIS’ production planning solution.<\/p>\n
Heike Wilson explains: “With its expertise, Contec fits perfectly into DUALIS’ partner strategy. Our partners excel at acting independently on projects and building their own successful business model around our Advanced Planning and Scheduling System.”<\/p>\n
As a system integrator, Contec serves a variety of industries, including food and chemical, tank farms and consumer goods. GANTTPLAN starter version for fast planning success<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
In line with today’s demand for high agility in the factory, DUALIS has developed a GANTTPLAN starter version. It enables a shorter implementation time of the production planning solution for end customers through a predefined scheduling approach. This means that GANTTPLAN can be used more quickly in operational planning. As a result of the faster implementation, planners benefit more quickly from the advantages of the software. With only a few training and project days, solution and integration partners can get the solution up and running quickly.<\/p>\n
