As Germany and the European Union expand semiconductor manufacturing capacity, it is timely to reflect on how long-term industrial ecosystems are built and sustained.<\/p>\n<p>This public screening presents A Chip Odyssey, a documentary exploring the evolution of Taiwan\u2019s semiconductor industry over the past five decades.<\/p>\n<p>Through the perspectives of engineers, line technicians, policymakers, scientists, and a new generation facing critical choices, the film examines how Taiwan developed a comprehensive semiconductor ecosystem through sustained industrial planning and institutional coordination.
